1. Department of Fair Trading License for Structural Landscape Works. All LCA Members undertaking residential projects are required to hold a Department of Fair Trading Licence for such works. 2. Assured Ability Membership of the LCA is attained only after rigorous examination of at least five previous projects. The LCA Board scutinises the competence and quality of physical work and the professionalism, integrity and conduct of the contractor.
	3. Technical Excellence LCA members are kept up to date with the latest technologies, and services and information through Seminars, product displays and meetings. 4. Code of Ethics In the interests of professionalism, Members annually agree to adhere to the LCA's Code of Ethics. It is believed that this essential element of Membership, serves to secure community trust. 5. Financial Integrity A complete Credit Check has been conducted on all LCA Members, ensuring their financial stability upon admittance to the association.
6. Mediation Procedure The LCA comprises a wealth of knowledgable and experienced professionals who have made themselves available for consultation in the unusual event where mediation may be required between an LCA Member and their client. This effective process is a service offered initially free of charge with a view to prompt and amicable resolution.
